Hair Treatments Explained
Treatment vs haircut — when you need deep care, not just a trim.
3 min read
A haircut shapes length and style. A hair treatment repairs, hydrates, or strengthens the hair itself. If your hair feels dry, brittle, or dull after heat, sun, or previous color — a treatment is often the right add-on.
Short–mid vs mid–long
More hair length usually means more product and time. Our Treatment (Short–Mid) covers shorter styles; Treatment (Mid to Long) is for longer hair that needs deeper nourishment from mid-lengths to ends.
How often?
- Every 4–6 weeks if you use heat styling often.
- After bleaching, color, or a permanent service — sooner is better.
- Ask at your appointment — we can match treatment to your hair that day.
