Around half an hour of that is your barber working. The rest is the treatment setting, and it cannot be rushed without costing you the result. Bring something to do, or tell us when you book and we will find you a time that suits.

How it works
Breaking the bonds
Your barber wraps the hair around rods and applies a lotion. That solution breaks the internal protein bonds — the ones that decide whether your hair grows straight.
Reshaping
Once the hair has softened and taken the shape of the rod, a second chemical rebuilds those bonds in their new shape. That is what holds the curl.
Good to know
It is not actually permanent
Despite the name. It lasts about 3 to 6 months and then grows out, so new straight hair appears at the roots rather than the curl washing away.

It needs looking after
Permed hair needs moisturising products to stop it drying out. You do not have to buy them from us — we will tell you what works and leave the rest to you.
What if something happens to my hair?
It should not. We use approved, high-quality products. And if something does go wrong, we take responsibility for it — completely.
What if it goes straight again, or does not come out how I asked?
Then you do not pay. And if the curl drops out altogether, we refund you immediately.
The one exception
If the aftercare is not followed — dye, too much heat, cheap products, or anything else that damages the hair — that part is not on us.
