Online booking

Online booking is available during the hours shown on the website. Appointments are subject to availability. We may contact you to confirm or adjust a booking.

Please arrive on time. If you are running late or need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. One account should represent one person.

At the shop

Services are performed at our Amman location. Pricing and service details on the website reflect our current menu; final service selection is confirmed at booking or in the shop.

We expect respectful conduct toward staff and other clients. We may refuse service in cases of abuse, harassment, or safety concerns.

Website availability

We aim to keep online booking available, but the website may be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. Walk-ins and phone bookings may still be available during shop hours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Taper Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under Jordanian consumer protection law.
